How to Prepare Your Gear

Please contact our team prior to shipping or dropping off your items. To ensure we can properly fix your gear and keep our machinesd in top shape, we ask that you please:

01
Wash & Dry Completely: Dirt, sweat, and mountain grime destroy commercial sewing machinery. All apparel items must be recently laundered and clean.
02
Clear Out Pockets & Compartments: Please double-check and remove all loose cash, trail snacks, keys, and pocket debris before handing items over. You'd be surprised what we've found in pockets!!
03
Isolate & Highlight the Damage: Use a piece of low-residue tape, chalk, or a safety pin to mark the exact area(s) requiring repair.
