How to Prepare Your Gear

Please contact our team prior to shipping or dropping off your items. To ensure a clean workflow, safety for our staff, and optimal machine performance, all gear must comply with our intake standards:

01
Wash & Dry Completely: Dirt, sweat, and mountain grime destroy commercial sewing machinery. All technical apparel items must be completely laundered and clean.
02
Clear Out Pockets & Compartments: Please double-check and remove all loose cash, trail snacks, keys, and pocket debris before handing items over.
03
Isolate & Highlight the Damage: Use a piece of low-residue tape, chalk, or a safety pin to explicitly mark the exact area requiring structural stitching or repair.
